In this role, he sets the strategy and vision and provides executive and strategic leadership for the GuideWell Source family of companies. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and American studies from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia. He has been a member on several boards including serving as the immediate Past Chair of the board of directors for Associated Industries of Florida and sitting on the Florida Blue Foundation and the Junta Fundacion Triple-S boards. He is also the Past Chair of the nationwide board of trustees for PACE Center for Girls as well as the Past Chair of the board of directors of PACE Center for Girls Jacksonville.
