In this role, he is responsible for the strategy and vision and provides executive and strategic leadership. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and American studies from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. He serves on several boards including serving as the immediate Past Chair of the board of directors for Associated Industries of Florida and serves on the board of directors for the Florida Blue Foundation and the Junta Fundacion Triple-S. He is also the Past Chair of the nationwide board of trustees for PACE Center for Girls as well as the Past Chair of the board of directors of PACE Center for Girls Jacksonville.
