Rachelle Gottlieb is Vice President of Human Resources and Communications. In this role, Gottlieb provides executive leadership for the company’s human resources and communications functions. Using her extensive knowledge of human capital development, Gottlieb aligns strategy, people and culture to drive organizational success. Gottlieb holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in human resources, with honors, from the University of Texas and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Gottlieb is an active member of the Northeast Florida community where she serves on the Jacksonville Public Education Fund HR and Compensation Committee and is trustee, board secretary, committee chairperson and volunteer for the River Garden Nursing Home.
