In this role, Gottlieb provides executive leadership for the company’s human resources and communications functions. Using her extensive knowledge of human capital development, Gottlieb aligns strategy, capability, people and culture to create and support a preferred and inclusive workplace. Gottlieb holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas, a master of arts and Honor Graduate Concentration for Human Resources from the University of Texas. She serves on the Jacksonville Public Education Committee HR & Compensation Committee and is trustee for the River Garden Nursing Home and serves on both the personnel and admission committees.
