Sandy Coston is the chairperson and chief executive officer of GuideWell Source. In her role, Coston sets the strategy and vision and provides executive leadership for the GWS family of companies. She has accountability for overall operational and financial results. Coston also serves on the GWS, First Coast Service Options (First Coast), Novitas Solutions (Novitas) and GuideWell Allegiance (GWA) boards of directors and on that of GWS’ affiliate, TriCenturion—a program safeguards company.

Coston holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
