Susan Williams

Vice president of claims processing and appeals operations.

In this role, she leads the claims, appeals and production systems support departments for our JH, JL and JN MAC contracts. Susan has a bachelor of art in Business Administration and Economics from McDaniel College and a master of business administration from Loyola University.
