In this role, she is responsible for executive and strategic leadership for the award winning, independently certified Navigator compliance program and delivery of legal services. Dees is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida and completed Cornell University’s Strategic Decision-Making certificate program. Dees earned a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
